Issue Position

The Attorney General is the chief advocate for all Arkansas consumers. Most businesses work hard to ensure that consumers benefit in order to grow their business. It's hard work. For those who take the easy way out, my message is simple. It doesn't matter who you are. If you try to take advantage of Arkansas citizens, I'm going to come after you. Break our laws, rip people off, violate consumer trust, prey on our weak; if elected Attorney General, I will prosecute you. Breaking Arkansas laws is never good for jobs, freedom or prosperity.
